Levey and Michelle Levey are co-founders of InnerWork Technologies, Inc., a Seattle-based
company that is dedicated to developing and renewing organizational cultures in which team
spirit, community, creative intelligence, and inspired leadership can thrive.

Over the past 25 years they have worked with over 200 leading
organizations including: AT&T, NASA, Advanced Technologies Laboratories,
Hewlett-Packard, DuPont, World Bank, NOAA, Petro Canada, Shell, Stanford Research
Institute, the U.S. Army Green Berets, many medical centers, professional organizations,
world class and Olympic prize- winning athletes, and community service and youth groups.
As faculty for ICOD (International Center for Organization
Design), the International Institute for Innovation, the Performance Edge, and members of
the World Business Academy, their work with change strategy teams from large organizations
focuses on building synergy between personal, professional and organizational change,
creativity and development.
Bill Veltrop, founder of International Center for
Organization Design has said that, "Deming did Japan an enormous favor by giving them
access to Western quality control after WWII. The Leveys are returning the favor by making
inner quality control technology available to Western business."
Their pioneering work designing and delivering the U.S. Army
Green Berets' "Ultimate Warrior Training Program" was described by West Point
logisticians as, "the most exquisite orchestration of human technology we have ever
seen," and by Esquire magazine editor George Leonard as, "the most extensive and
exciting leadership development program to be offered in modern times."
Joel Levey, Ph.D. has also served as graduate faculty and
advisor for Antioch University, Director of Psychophysiological Therapy and Stress
Management for the Group Health Cooperative in Seattle, Director of Corporate Education
for American Biotec Corporation, Director of MindBody Fitness Training for SportsMind,
Inc. Michelle Levey, M.A. has also served as senior consultant for SportsMind, Inc., and
as lead clinician for the Biofeedback and Stress Management Clinic at Childrens' Hospital
in Seattle.
The Leveys' work offers a unique synthesis of insights woven
